The company behind this
YourSiteIsBroken is built and operated by The Third Way Company, a software delivery company that runs on a hybrid model: AI agents do the repetitive work, senior humans make the decisions that matter.
The company exists because software delivery was stuck choosing between two bad options:
- Human-only is slow. A traditional team routes every task through people — including the hundreds of repetitive ones. The result is bloated timelines and budgets that fund ceremony instead of software.
- AI-only is reckless. Autonomous agents are fast, but speed without judgment produces confident mistakes. Strategy, trade-offs, and quality gates still need experienced humans who are accountable for the outcome.
- The third way works. Agents handle the repetitive, time-consuming work so people spend their hours on judgment. YourSiteIsBroken is that model applied to website auditing.
What that means for your report
Every report is produced end-to-end by an audit pipeline we built ourselves: our own engine crawls your public pages and runs the deterministic checks, and our AI analyst turns the raw findings into the written briefing, the prioritized fix plan, and the 90-day roadmap. No outsourcing, no white-label agency — if it's in your report, it's something found on your site.
