- Before you buy — what the audit covers, how delivery works, whether it's the right fit for your site. Ask anything; a straight answer costs nothing.
- Questions about a report — anything in your audit that's unclear, disputed, or needs more explanation. Include the email address you ordered with (or the order reference from your receipt) so we can pull it up straight away. If a paid report hasn't arrived within its ~30-minute delivery window, write immediately and we'll chase it.
- Affiliate program — referral and partnership questions. The commission rates, terms, and the application form are on the affiliate page.
How fast you'll hear back
Every message is read and answered by a person, usually within a few hours and always within one business day (Monday to Friday, UK time). Nothing is auto-dismissed, nothing disappears into a filter.
