Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 5, 2026 · hello@yoursiteisbroken.com
The short version
You buy one AI-generated audit report for one website, pay £7.99 once (converted to your local currency at checkout), and the report PDF arrives at the email address you enter at checkout — usually within 30 minutes. If you're an EU consumer, the normal 14-day withdrawal right lapses once your report is generated — you consent to that at checkout (details below).
What you buy
The product is a single website audit report, generated by an automated pipeline, for the one URL you enter at checkout. The audit reads your public pages exactly as a search engine's crawler sees them — up to 25 pages, no access to your site, servers, or accounts — and runs 260+ checks across 21 categories (SEO, performance, security, accessibility, legal compliance, AI-readiness, and more). An AI analyst compiles the raw findings into the report: executive briefing, category scorecards with commentary, a complete prioritized fix plan, and a 90-day roadmap. The report is delivered by email as a PDF.
The report is an automated technical assessment — information about your site, not a certification or a warranty, and not professional advice. Fixing anything isn't part of this purchase.
Price and payment
The price is £7.99 (GBP), one-time. The total price — including all applicable taxes and any currency conversion — is displayed at checkout before you pay; there are no other charges. One payment buys one report for one URL.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. The sales contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You can also order by email at hello@yoursiteisbroken.com — same price, same terms.
Delivery
The report goes to the email address you enter at checkout — double-check it; that address receives the report, whatever address your payment method carries. Orders placed through the website are typically delivered within about 30 minutes. Where a prepared report for your URL already exists (for example, a URL we audited and approached you about), it's delivered within seconds of payment. If nothing has arrived after a few hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@yoursiteisbroken.com — a human answers.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal
- EU consumers: the 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you would normally have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Because the report is digital content, we begin execution immediately after payment: by completing checkout you expressly consent to execution starting right away, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been generated (Article 16(m)). Reports are generated automatically, so in practice the right lapses the moment your report is produced.
- When something goes wrong. If the report never arrives, or arrives unusable, you get a full refund on request — write to hello@yoursiteisbroken.com and we'll sort it out.
Liability
We work hard to make the reports accurate and useful, but they are automated assessments of publicly visible pages, and we can't be liable for everything that follows from how you use them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost revenue or lost search ranking) or for decisions you make based on the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury, for instance.
Governing law
These terms and the sales contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales — the part of the United Kingdom in which the provider is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence wherever that law grants them.
Provider identification

Affiliate program
If you promote YourSiteIsBroken through our affiliate program, that relationship runs under its own terms — commission, attribution, payout rules, and the disclosure obligations US law places on paid recommendations. They live on one page: the affiliate terms. For buyers, nothing there changes anything above — the price, delivery, and refund promises are identical whether or not a sale was referred.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force when you paid — later changes don't reach back into completed orders.
