Affiliate program · $3.00 per referred sale · 30-day attribution

Send us a broken website.
Earn $3.00.

Share your link. A visitor buys the £7.99 audit report — we crawl the site, run 260+ checks, and deliver the PDF by email about 30 minutes later. You earn $3.00 per completed sale (30%), attributed automatically for 30 days after the click and paid monthly once your matured balance passes $50. Built for agencies, freelancers, and creators who already look after small-business websites — no portal, no fees, no minimum volume.

The numbers · up front

What a referred sale pays

Four numbers describe the whole program. There is no tier ladder, no category chart, no "first-year rate" — the same $3.00 whether your first sale or your five-hundredth.

$3

Per completed sale

Every completed sale through your link earns $3.00 — 30% of the £7.99 report, flat. If the product price ever changes, the commission changes with it, stated here and in the terms.

Sells itself once seen: pair your link with the sample report — a real 25-page audit, grade and all.
30d

Remembered for 30 days

A click on your link is stored in the visitor's browser for 30 days. Buy the same day or three weeks later — the sale is still yours. If two affiliates both sent the visitor, the most recent click wins.

Anywhere on the site: the link works on every page, in all five languages — not just the homepage.
1mo

Paid monthly, from $50

Every month we settle every matured balance of $50.00 or more — PayPal or bank transfer, your choice. Under $50, the balance carries over to the next month. Nothing expires, nothing is lost.

The arithmetic: 17 referred sales ≈ $51 — that's a payout. Each commission matures 30 days after its sale.
$0

Ten minutes to start

No fee, no platform to sign up to, no minimum volume. One short form to apply; we mint your code and send your link back. If it isn't earning, stop — there's nothing to cancel.

Before you apply: read the terms below — they're short, and they're the whole deal.
The honest parts. Commissions mature 30 days after each sale — that's the refund window, and refunded sales never pay (refunds and chargebacks do happen, so the rule matters). There's no dashboard and no portal — deliberately: nothing to log into, nothing to get breached; the ledger is ours to keep and you can ask your balance any time. And at $3.00 a sale, this pays for reach you already have — an audience, clients, a newsletter — not for ad spend.
How it works · four steps

Link → sale → ledger → payout

The whole mechanics. No portal, no reporting duty, no copy-paste of order numbers — the tracking happens inside the buyer's checkout, not in anything you maintain.

1

Apply — one form

Fill the form at the bottom of this page — who you are, where you'd share the link, and the email that should receive payouts. A human reads it and replies — usually within a day or two.

You receive: your own referral code, minted for you alone — it looks like ref_qK7mZ2xW.
2

Share your link

Your link is the site plus your code. Put it where your people already are: a newsletter, a client hand-off, your resources page, a video description.

Concretely: https://yoursiteisbroken.com/?ref=ref_qK7mZ2xW — or add ?ref=… to any page you'd rather send.
3

The sale records itself

When someone who clicked your link buys, the sale lands in our ledger with your code and its $3.00 commission — automatically, at the moment payment completes. Nothing to report, paste, or wire.

Their side: buyer pays £7.99, gets the report by email in ~30 minutes — we do everything after the click.
4

Payout

Monthly, we pay every matured balance of $50 or more by PayPal or bank transfer. Each commission matures 30 days after its sale; under $50 carries over until it doesn't.

Paperwork framing: payouts are consideration for marketing services — the terms below say it precisely.
What the buyer's browser does, exactly: a click stores your code locally for 30 days (a newer click replaces an older one); if that visitor checks out within the window, your code travels with the order and the ledger row is written at payment. No tracking pixels, no profiles, nothing beyond that one stored code — the privacy promise holds for referred visitors too.
What we ask · three rules

Three rules — each in your interest to keep

The program is open about how it's promoted, because the alternative costs everybody: the audience's trust, your code, and our domain. These three are also terms 6–8 below.

1

Disclose that you earn

When you recommend something you're paid for, say so — clearly, where the recommendation lives, not in a footer three screens down. For US audiences this is the law (FTC endorsement rules, 16 CFR Part 255); we hold every affiliate to it regardless of geography.

Enough: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." Undisclosed promotion doesn't pay — and repeated undisclosed promotion ends the enrollment.
2

No unsolicited email

Promoting us by unsolicited email — spam — loses the code, immediately and without a second chance. We run our own careful, legally-compliant cold-email program on this domain; affiliate spam poisons deliverability for everyone who depends on it.

What's fine: genuine recommendations to your own audience — your clients, subscribers, readers, community. That's what the program exists for.
3

Keep the claims honest

Sell what the product is: a £7.99 automated audit, ~30 minutes to the inbox. Don't promise rankings, traffic, or revenue — nobody controls those, and an overpromise you make lands on us.

The honest demo: link the sample report next to your link and let it speak — a real audit, real findings, real grade.
Affiliate terms · the contract

The affiliate terms

The whole agreement, in plain English — enrolling (receiving a code) means you agree to these. Nothing else to sign, nowhere else to look.

  1. The program. You promote YourSiteIsBroken — the £7.99 autonomous website-audit report — through a referral link we issue you, and we pay a commission on completed sales that arrive through it. You're an independent promoter of our marketing: not our employee, agent, or partner, and you can't make promises or incur obligations on our behalf.
  2. Commission. $3.00 per completed referred sale — 30% of the £7.99 list price, flat. If the product price changes, the commission changes with it for sales recorded after that point; commissions already recorded keep their rate.
  3. Attribution. Your link carries a unique code (e.g. ?ref=ref_qK7mZ2xW). A click stores it in the visitor's browser for 30 days, and the most recent click wins. We can only attribute what the link carries — a buyer who arrives without it (cleared storage, a different device, someone else's later click) isn't a referred sale.
  4. Maturity and refunds. Each commission matures 30 days after its sale. Refunded sales and chargebacks earn nothing: pending commissions are clawed back, and if a paid commission's sale refunds afterwards, the amount is offset against your next payout.
  5. Payouts. Monthly, per affiliate: every matured balance of $50.00 or more is paid by PayPal or bank transfer to the address you gave us; smaller balances carry over. Payouts are consideration for marketing services supplied to GYSHIDO LIMITED, trading as The Third Way Company. You're responsible for your own taxes and for the accuracy of your payout details.
  6. Disclosure required. Wherever you promote us, disclose the material connection — that you earn a commission — clearly and visibly, next to the recommendation, not buried. For US audiences this is the law (FTC endorsement guides, 16 CFR Part 255); we hold every affiliate to it regardless of audience. Undisclosed promotion isn't paid, and repeated undisclosed promotion ends the enrollment.
  7. No spam. Don't promote us by unsolicited email or other spam — bulk unsolicited messages, misleading claims, deceptive subject lines. We run our own careful, legally-compliant cold-email program on this domain; unsolicited-email promotion poisons it for everyone, so a code used that way is revoked immediately. Genuine recommendations to your own audience are exactly what the program is for.
  8. Honest promotion. Describe the product accurately: a £7.99 automated website-audit report, delivered by email in about 30 minutes. Don't promise search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome we don't control.
  9. Enrollment and revocation. We issue and own the referral codes. A code can be revoked at any time — for breaking rules 6–8, or for abuse; a non-abuse exit still pays whatever had matured. Enrollment isn't exclusive on either side, and either of us can stop at any time.
  10. Changes and governing law. These terms may change; the version that applies to a sale is the one in force when the sale was recorded. They're governed by the laws of England and Wales, like our Terms of Sale. Questions any time: hello@yoursiteisbroken.com.
FAQs

Fair questions, straight answers

How do I apply?

Fill the short form at the bottom of this page — who you are, where you'd share the link (site, newsletter, channel), and the email that should receive payouts. A human reads it, we mint your referral code — it looks like ref_qK7mZ2xW — and send your link back, usually within a day or two. You can be sharing it the same day.

When and how do I get paid?

Monthly. Each commission matures 30 days after its sale (the refund window); every month we pay every affiliate whose matured balance is $50.00 or more, by PayPal or bank transfer. Below $50 the balance simply carries over to the next month — nothing is lost.

What if a sale I referred is refunded?

Then it never pays. Refunded sales and chargebacks have their commission clawed back. If a commission was already paid and the sale refunds later, we offset it against your next payout. You're paid on completed, standing sales only.

Is there a dashboard or portal?

No — deliberately. There's no login to keep safe and no third-party platform taking a cut. Completed sales land in our ledger automatically at the moment of payment; ask your balance any time at hello@yoursiteisbroken.com and you'll get the real numbers.

Can I buy through my own link?

You can — the tracking doesn't discriminate — but the math is a bad habit: you'd spend £7.99 to earn $3.00. The program is for sales to other people; that's what it pays for.

Where can I share the link?

Anywhere honest: your newsletter, client hand-offs, a resources page, video descriptions, social posts, in person. The boundary is the three rules above — disclose the commission where the recommendation lives, no unsolicited email, and keep the claims honest. The link works on any page of the site, in all five languages, and a click is remembered for 30 days.

One short form and you're in.

Tell us who you are, where you'd share the link, and the email that should receive payouts.
A human reads every application, mints your code, and sends your link back — usually within a day or two. The terms above are the whole contract; there's nothing else to sign.
