Website audit for agencies

One £7.99 report per client site, no subscription, delivered in ~30 minutes — a prioritized, plain-language fix plan you can hand to the client or work from yourself. And the honest limits up front: the PDF carries our brand, not yours.

260+ checks · up to 25 pages · PDF report by email in ~30 minutes · no site access needed.

Quick answer

The short version

A website audit for agency work is the same 260+-check report sold per site: order it for a client's URL, pay £7.99 once, and ~30 minutes later a prioritized PDF lands in your inbox — findings ranked by cost, every fix spelled out, security examination included. It fits the agency workflow differently than to an owner: you are not learning the site, you are producing evidence — for a pitch, a takeover audit, a pre-redesign baseline, or the awkward conversation about why the last developer's work needs redoing. What it is not: white-label. The report is YourSiteIsBroken-branded and says so; if your client contract demands your own branding on deliverables, stop reading here.
Failure profile for this audience

Where agencies actually use an audit report

Client acquisition. A concrete, scored findings report — not a generic 'your SEO could be better' deck — is the fastest way to show a prospect their site is bleeding. Order one for their site before the call (£7.99 is nothing against a pitch budget).

Project takeover. Inheriting a site nobody documented? The report is a 30-minute inventory of what is actually broken — technical debt, security headers, accessibility basics — before you quote the retainer.

Pre-redesign baseline. Score the old site before the rebuild so the after-numbers mean something. Clients renew on evidence, not vibes.

The trust conversation. The findings that quietly cost client trust — mixed content, expired or misconfigured TLS, missing cookie flags, version banners advertising an old server — are exactly the security pack free scanners skip. When you raise them with the client's own report in hand, it reads as diligence, not upsell.

What the £7.99 report checks — and what it can't

Mechanical checks, honest limits

Every one of the 260+ checks runs per client site: SEO basics, performance, security pack, accessibility, legal pages, AI-readiness. Deterministic engine — the same checks every run, so repeat audits of the same client site are comparable. Full disclosure: some things can't be checked from outside your site, and we say which. The full 21-category audit is described on the landing page; what it costs and how it compares to doing it yourself are on their own pages.

Checked for you

The mechanical half

Checked across up to 25 pages per audit, with every offending page named and the exact fix spelled out.

Mapped to this audience
  • all standard checks across up to 25 pages, every offending page named
  • the security examination (TLS config and legacy protocols, certificate expiry, session-cookie flags, version banners) on every paid report
  • a prioritized fix plan with concrete how-to guidance — written to be handed to whoever implements
  • AI-Readiness score plus an AI-Visibility snapshot (we ask an AI real buyer questions and record who it names)
  • per-report pricing: £7.99 each, order five client sites, pay five times — no seats, no subscription, no minimum

The honest limits for agency use:

Honest limits
  • No white-label. The PDF and HTML carry YourSiteIsBroken branding. You can forward them, but you cannot rebrand them. If your MSAs require your brand on client deliverables, use a crawler and build the report yourself.
  • 25-page cap. Large client sites get their most important 25 pages, not the whole domain. For a 10,000-URL e-commerce client, run a crawler alongside.
  • English narrative. The written analysis is English; findings data is locale-neutral but the prose is not translated.
  • Point-in-time. One report is one crawl on one day. Continuous monitoring is a different product we do not sell.
FAQs

Fair questions, straight answers

Can I resell or white-label the report to my clients?

You can share it with your client — it is their site's report, after all. You cannot rebrand it: the PDF carries YourSiteIsBroken branding, and passing it off as your own in-house tool would be dishonest to your client anyway. Agencies use it as third-party evidence, which often lands better than in-house work.

Is there an agency plan or bulk discount?

No. It is £7.99 per report, period — same price for an agency ordering weekly as for a site owner ordering once. At this price a bulk tier would cost more to administer than it saves. Order per client site as needed; there is no account to set up.

Can I automate this for all my clients' sites?

There is no API; ordering is the URL form on the landing page, one site at a time. For 20+ client sites on a monitoring cadence, a crawler licence (Screaming Frog at £199/year) or an SEO suite seat will fit better — see our honest comparison on the best-tools page.

Does the report identify the platform and plugins?

The engine fingerprints the tech stack (385 fingerprints — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, custom frameworks and more), and findings reference the stack where relevant, e.g. a Shopify-specific mixed-content cause. It does not inventory individual plugins or themes beyond what is visible from outside.

How is this different from running our own crawler?

A crawler gives your team data; this gives your client's problem a verdict. The crawl is run, interpreted, prioritized and written up in ~30 minutes for £7.99 — including the security pack and AI-readiness scoring most crawlers do not do. If you have the in-house hours, self-serve tools win on depth and repeatability; we win on time-to-evidence.
